Your order is covered by our 90-Days Money Back Guarantee which start upon your receipt of your order, less processing and handling charges. In order to return your product first email us at customercare@mattress2u.my to receive a return merchandise authorization number. With the number, we will arrange courier services to pick up from your registered address and we will arrange refund your purchase price, less processing and handling charges. Alternatively you can also arrange the return of the items yourself to avoid paying the handling charges.

All it takes for you is to try out for a minimum 30 nights to a maximum of 90 nights as we believe that it takes some time for your body to adjust to your new mattress.

Please note that, in all cases, the original receipt showing proof of purchase is required. This policy is limited to one time return per household and it must be exercised directly with Matratze In Der Box no later than 90 nights upon the receiving date.
